We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and wish to ensure a fair and transparent<\/strong> refund policy.<\/p>

1. GENERAL REPAYMENT CONDITIONS<\/h2>

Consultation hours purchased via our website are non-refundable<\/strong>, except in the following cases:<\/p>

\ud83d\udd39 Cancellation by Groupe Ecomarque<\/strong>:If we have to cancel a consultation for a reason beyond your control (e.g. unforeseen unavailability on our part), a full refund<\/strong> or rescheduling of the session<\/strong> will be offered.<\/p>

\ud83d\udd39 Cancellation by the customer with 48 hours’ notice<\/strong>:Any consultation cancelled at least 48 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled time will be rescheduled free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>

\ud83d\udd39 Cancellation by the customer with less than 48 hours’ notice<\/strong>:If you cancel your consultation less than 48 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled time, it will be billed in full, with no possibility of refund.<\/p>

\ud83d\udd39 Failure to attend a consultation<\/strong>:Failure to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice will result in full billing for the service, with no deferral or refund.<\/p>

2. MODIFICATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS<\/h2>

If you wish to reschedule<\/strong> a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance<\/strong>. We will do our utmost to find a new availability that suits you. <\/p>

3. REFUND REQUEST<\/h2>

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above conditions, please contact us at info@ecomarque.ca<\/strong> and specify :<\/p>

  • Your first<\/strong> and last name<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n
  • The date and time<\/strong> of the consultation concerned<\/li>\n\n
  • The reason for<\/strong> your request<\/li><\/ul>

    Requests will be processed within 15 working days<\/strong> and refunds will be made by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.<\/p>
