Valérie Vedrines

With over 20 years’ unique experience in Marketing and E-Commerce, Valérie Vedrines is a visionary senior executive. Having held VP Marketing and E-Commerce positions with giants in fashion, retail, cosmetics and food, she stands out for her innovative, bold and unprecedented marketing approach.
Recognized for her talent in repositioning brands and creating powerful differentiation, Valérie is a passionate advocate for the competitiveness of Canadian brands. But beyond the numbers, she is committed to have a positive impact on society through each and every one of its actions.
Repeatedly rewarded for her committed marketing campaigns, she was crowned Marketing Personality of the Year in 2021. Above all, she is delighted to have positively influenced the fashion industry by further celebrating diversity and inclusion.
Passionate and expert in her industry, Valérie created the non-profit collective “Masse Critique”, working for the social and environmental transformation of Quebec’s communications and marketing industry.
Today, her determination is stronger than ever. She aspires to reinventing marketing for a sustainable and responsible approach. Its vision is to equip the Quebec comm-marketing industry with the tools it needs to reduce its environmental and social impact, while creating significant value for the ecosystem.
With this in mind, Valérie created the Ecomarque group, a team ready to do everything in its power to assist brands in their marketing transition, while avoiding the pitfalls of greenwashing.

Patricia Dorion

A bilingual and bicultural advertising creative with 22 years’ experience in Montreal and Toronto, Patricia co-founded “Femmes en Créa” to promote female representation in creative management. Her projects have won Créa awards, Flèches d’Or and a Golden Lion at Cannes. She is currently working on theecoresponsibility in advertising.

With years of experience in advertising agencies and fashion retail, Josie has honed her ability totransform concepts into compelling visuals.
She continually strives to leverage her experience and strong commitment to cultivate an environment that fosters creative development. With nearly 15 years’ experience in consulting services with leading agencies such as Sid Lee and BBR, she has established herself as a key strategic business partner. Vanessa goes beyond convention to implement brand and communications strategy projects rooted in impeccable collaboration with stakeholders in order to combining efficiency and impact.

Nicolas Varillon

Nicolas is committed to creating films with a positive impact or videos that make a difference. He works closely with companies committed to social and environmental responsibility, such as B Corp and the Quebec government, to capture their inspiring missions and actions through captivating images.
He creates authentic, moving videos that go beyond mere sales promotion, seeking to evoke a genuine emotional connection while telling human stories that highlight his customers’ positive values and actions.

Optimize processes to make them efficient, humane and fully aligned with corporate values as well as helping managers to be the best version of themselves on a daily basis, is her specialty. With over 10 years’ experience in a communications agency, in both account and operations management, and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, she is now a doctoral candidate in Management. A consultant for 5 years now, she offers personalized coaching to provide practical support rooted in both solid field experience and science (psychology, sociology and management).
