Refunds and returns policy

Groupe Ecomarque is committed to providing responsible communications and sustainable marketing consulting services with professionalism and rigor.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and wish to ensure a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. GENERAL REPAYMENT CONDITIONS

Consultation hours purchased via our website are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

🔹 Cancellation by Groupe Ecomarque:
If we have to cancel a consultation for a reason beyond your control (e.g. unforeseen unavailability on our part), a full refund or rescheduling of the session will be offered.

🔹 Cancellation by the customer with 48 hours’ notice:
Any consultation cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will be rescheduled free of charge.

🔹 Cancellation by the customer with less than 48 hours’ notice:
If you cancel your consultation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, it will be billed in full, with no possibility of refund.

🔹 Failure to attend a consultation:
Failure to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice will result in full billing for the service, with no deferral or refund.

2. MODIFICATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS

If you wish to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our utmost to find a new availability that suits you.

3. REFUND REQUEST

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above conditions, please contact us at info@ecomarque.ca and specify :

Requests will be processed within 15 working days and refunds will be made by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.
